How do payment plans work?

Pay a deposit to confirm your seat, then settle the balance in scheduled instalments via secure payment links.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. A lead traveller books multiple seats and captures each passenger's details, then manages a single payment plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

EFT and secure online card payments (where enabled). You'll receive a payment link for each instalment.

Is my deposit refundable?

No. The R4,900 deposit per traveller for all group trips is non-refundable. Any instalments paid after the deposit are subject to the cancellation terms applicable to the specific trip.

When is the balance due?

Your remaining balance is paid according to the applicable payment plan. The final instalment must be paid no later than 45 days before departure.
